We have picked out the tile we are going to use and this week I installed it. We ended up going with granite that matches the back wall behind the stove. Before putting it down I added the lines you see in the first picture which heat the floor. The toilet had to be pulled out for the floor to go down but was quickly put back in as soon as the floor was dry, I promised Liz I would not take out the toilet or shower for long period of time. Therefore planning on these projects is critical to minimize downtime of being able to use the bathroom.
